Things to remember

  • Quick Entry stays set. Priority and Type dropdowns keep their values between entries. Set once, post many.
  • Translations reset every session. Toggle it ON at the start of each shift if your event is multilingual.
  • Threads are one level deep. If a thread spawns a new topic, start a new parent entry.
  • Entries with a location appear on the map. Other users see them without re-entering the information.
  • When in doubt, log it. A missing record costs more than an extra entry.
